Pressure Spray Bottles
These bottles are great. They basically allow you to fill the bottle with whatever liquid ingredient you like and then spray a fine mist of that liquid.
You do this by using the lid to pump up the air pressure inside the bottle until it is sufficient to spray out the contents. An example of its use would be spraying a fine layer of oil across a pan before cooking. |
