Rocky Road

A delicious sweet treat perfect to have with coffee after a meal.

Ingredients

100g Turkish Delight
100g Marshmallows
50g Macadamia Nuts
50g Cashew Nuts
375g Dark Chocolate

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, melt the chocolate in a microwave using 30 second bursts at 30% power.

Step 2

Add all the other ingredients to the chocolate and mix together until they are all completely coated.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a rectangular cake tin and push it out so that it is a reasonably uniform thickness before placing it in the refrigerator to set.

Step 4

To serve, turn the Rocky Road out onto a board and cut into pieces roughly one inch thick.
